Account Deletion

How to request deletion of a Kings Commodities account

Account deletion requests are handled by email only. This page explains what users should send, how verification may work, and what data may still be retained where required.

Important notice

Deletion is permanent once completed. Users may lose access to the account and related app data, and some records may still need to be retained for legal, audit, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Processing timeline

After a request is received and verified, deletion is typically processed within 30 days, although the exact time may depend on verification and legal or operational requirements.

Verification

To protect account owners, extra identity checks may be required before a deletion request can be completed.

What to include in the email

  1. Use the email address linked to your Kings Commodities app account where possible.
  2. Include your full name and the email address associated with the account.
  3. Add any phone number, username, department, or identifying information that may help locate the account faster.
  4. State clearly that you want your Kings Commodities account deleted.
  5. Wait for any verification steps that may be required before the request can be completed.

What may be deleted

Once a verified deletion request is completed, eligible personal information linked to the account may be deleted or anonymized. This can include profile details, account-linked activity, support communications, and other account-linked data that does not need to be kept.

What may still be retained

  • Records that must be retained for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.
  • Backup data that may remain stored securely for a limited period before permanent deletion cycles are completed.
  • Technical or administrative records that need to be preserved to protect systems, investigate misuse, or comply with obligations.
